These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sushupati, an AI-guided sleep coaching service operated by Sushupati LLP ("Sushupati", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Sushupati, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Sushupati provides AI-powered sleep coaching, biofeedback guidance, circadian tracking, sleep journaling, gamified challenges, and optional integration with third-party wearable devices (such as Oura Ring, Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch) to personalize your experience.
Sushupati is a wellness and coaching tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Content and recommendations are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician regarding any sleep disorder, medical condition, or before making changes based on Service content.
If you connect a wearable device or third-party health platform, you authorize that provider to share relevant data with Sushupati per our Privacy Policy. Your use of any third-party device or platform remains subject to that provider's own terms. Sushupati is not responsible for the accuracy of data supplied by third-party devices or APIs, or for outages/changes on their end.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, including "The Sushupati Method™" and all related content, branding, and software, is owned by Sushupati LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and journal content you submit.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushupati LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on wearable-derived insights.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
