You can request deletion of your Sushupati account and all associated data at any time, in two ways: from inside the app, or from this page (no app install required).
Open Sushupati → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the request. Your account and associated data are scheduled for deletion immediately. You can also go straight to this confirmation on the web at sushupati.base44.app/settings?delete=1 (sign-in required).

| Deleted | Account profile (name, email), sleep journal entries, challenge progress, in-app answers, and any data synced from connected wearables (sleep stages, heart rate/HRV, respiratory rate, temperature, activity/recovery scores). |
| Retained (limited) | Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing/tax records for completed transactions), retained only as long as required by law, then deleted. |
| Timeline | Deletion is initiated immediately on request and typically completes within 90 days across our systems and backups. |
